One of the leading bank in UAE is in need of enthusiastic Direct Sales Trainer.
ROLE PURPOSE:
The role of the Direct sales Training Coordinator is to conduct all training related matter, which includes and not limited to new hire training, to identify product, service and system refreshers training requirements for the Direct sales and to ensure that training material is constantly updated as and when new products, systems are released and implemented.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations:
To conduct new hire training for all direct sales staff on the direct sales Policy & Procedure, Products, Services, Bank System, Customer Service and soft skills, Telephony System and Human Resource related matters
To conduct refresher training for existing agents on the same.
To continuously update training material and methods in line with direct sales objectives to ensure direct sales needs are met.
Maintain sustainability and consistency in training processes with respect to bank product & procedure
Resources are updated and ready for use.
Prepare manuals for:
Products
Systems
Prepare communication on new product launches, process changes, new process implementation and have the information disseminated to the entire direct sales.
Human Resource/People :
Ensure that agents are treated fairly
Handle potential people related issues professionally and highlighting any people related issues to the next level.
Continuous engagement with the agents
Providing support and guidance agents when required
Lead by example
Manage new hire attendance during training
A quality of Work:
Timely reporting on training related matter
Quality of training delivery (survey conducted at the end of the Training session)
Effective delivery of coaching
Work closely with Training on any improvement initiatives
Handholding of agents through the course of training and during the 1st month of going live.
Continuous Improvement:
Coordinate with the Bank’s L&D Department to nominate direct sales staff to attend in-house/external training.
Work closely with Team Leader on identifying opportunities for improvement through remedial training for the direct sales
Compliance of policies & procedures:
Carry out training in line with agreed methodology of delivery and adherence to compliance policy and procedures as outlined in Bank direct sales Operational policies & procedures.
Any other ad-hoc projects/task assigned by the direct sales Management.
