Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience working within a similar position within the United Arab Emirates.
ELV engineering background is required.
Experience on automation and controls with any industrial facility in addition to building automation experience are a plus point.
The successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate the following skills:
– Interpret designs, including P and ID’s and Feed diagrams.
-Understand and implement sequence of operations through different ELV systems,
-Detailed Knowledge and experience of Electrical Safety Rules and procedures
-Detailed Knowledge of Building Automation and Control Panel Designs i.e. thorough knowledge of schematics, cable wiring and functional testing, cause & effected matrix and control schemes.
-Detailed Knowledge and experience of Operations and Maintenance of ELV system’s components like but not limited to Automatic Doors, Sensors, Parking Solutions, Alarm Systems, Energy Savers, Intercom, Access Control, CCTV
-Conceptual understanding and detailed knowledge of the design and operating mechanism of control loops’ component
-The ability to accept responsibility and be able to show a high level of commitment and flexibility
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Good written and verbal communications
-Able to organize, plan and execute all aspects of the work
-Have a logical, yet imaginative approach to problem solving
-Demonstrates the ability to make quality decisions and judgments
-Good communication skill in both written and spoken English, Hindi and Arabic is a plus
-Highly motivated and competent individual
Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
