Accounts Officer

Company Profile-
A well-established Japanese Multinational Company in Jebel Ali Free Zone dealing with Automobiles spare parts is looking for Accounts Officer – Age below 29 yrs).
Benefits-
Salary- AED 7,000 – AED 8, 000(+ medical insurance + air ticket).
Responsibilities-
Ensure that the company’s financial procedures and guidelines are complied within all accounting areas
Check and input transactions related to cash, bank and general ledger
Control and analyze inventory transactions (variances, inventory adjustments, Sales, Cost of sales,
Goods in transit) against System’s report
Check Daily Purchase Analysis Report generated from system and coordinate it with Logistics
and Sales Department
Check and input Trade/Non-trade AP transactions
Preparation of AP Ageing report
Monthly reconciliation of AP Statement from suppliers (Overseas Group Companies and
Third Party Companies)
Cash and bank reconciliation
Prepare Balance Sheet schedules and reconciliation
Prepare of Audit schedules & audit related matters
Maintain required filing system
Otherwise carry out tasks as requested by superior
Skills-
Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant accounting role, preferably in UAE
English language skill (business level)
Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Working experiences at Accounting firms or Multi National Companies is an advantage
