Requirement:
Multi-tasking skills to handle multiple monitoring consoles.
Understanding the thresholds, bottlenecks &their impact to the IT environment.
Application threshold monitor &issues fixing.
System services &hardware monitoring &issues fixing.
System patching &patch monitoring.
Required to know the Job-Scheduling process &Job Schedule monitoring.
Companywide communication of notification of high severity issues
Triage incoming incidents to correctly access impact and assign severity.
Properly escalate to internal IT delivery teams
Interact with vendors for related outages
Daily Impact Calls.
Should have experience on tools like Solarwinds, Nimsoft
Microsoft SCCM
Basic Windows/Unix OS skills
Basic knowledge on Networking
Basic logic skills, able to determine next steps independently
Strong Incident &problem ownership.
Drive for completion
Troubleshooting
Basic research skills
Excellent listening skills &ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English.
Flexibility to work in shifts for 24×7 support.
Strong knowledge in ITIL process.
ITIL Certification
Job Tenure – Contract : 6 months extendable for the same periods
