Watchman Required

A Sharjah based real estate company is looking for a watchman for their building. The work includes cleaning of the common areas on daily basis, showing the empty flats to the new tenants and cleaning and doing the maintenance work before making the handover of the flats, proper inspection of the flats as and when tenants leave the flats, General supervision of the building and sharing the information’s with management.
NOTE: ONLY INDIANS IN VISIT VISA CAN APPLY FOR THIS JOB AND THE AGE LIMIT IS STRICTLY BETWEEN 23-32 YEARS ONLY.
